is applying new all electric motor
vehicle technology that replaces the conventional gasoline or diesel
internal combustion engine
(ICE)
with aluminum light weight high voltage three phase
Electric Motor[s]
(EM)
of
equal or greater horsepower that will have a driving range that may prove
to be virtually unlimited. We power the
EM
with LifeBatt high voltage light weight (LiFeP04) Ion Lithium Iron
Phosphate
Battery Packs™
(BP)
that sends DVC power to a DC to AC
inverter that is also a motor controller. The inverter produces the
required ACV three phase electricity to power the
EM.
Some EM’s require 336 ACV, others require up to 460 ACV. This also
effects the size and power of the
BP.
We are experimenting to determine if the
BP
can be charged with a high voltage alternator to keep the BP fully charged
while the vehicle is being driven. If it can’t be done then we will add a
ICE electric generator and high voltage battery charger to extend the
driving range, but we think the alternator will work. The
EM
is
connected to the vehicle’s existing transmission with a
Motor To Transmission
Marriage Plate (MTMP)
that mounts the motor shaft to the transmission flywheel. We know that
this will work with manual transmissions, but we are once again
experimenting to determine if it will work with automatic transmissions.
We anticipate that this will work if the torque converter is removed since
it is need only to keep the ICE from moving when at a slow idle. This is
not needed with an
EM
since its motor shaft is not moving when stopped. The LifeBatt
BP
has a battery Voltage Management System [computer circuit]
(VMS)
built in each
BP to monitor
each individual battery cell of the
BP
and the overall combined condition of the hundreds of cells that make up
the entire BP.
The LifeBatt
VMS also has
a global tracking computer chip imbedded into the circuit board that
records each charge cycle and the location of the
BP
anywhere in the world. It will notify the driver of any
BP
problems. The gasoline or diesel
ICE
powered vehicle components that rely on
ICE
power (belt, pulley, heat, vacuum) are replaced with electric component
versions that are more energy efficient. These components include the
air conditioner compressor, heater coil, alternator, power steering pump,
and vacuum pump. The existing 12 volt electronics of the vehicle remain
unaltered and are powered by the vehicle’s 12 volt battery that is charged
by a DC to DC converter that replaces the 12 volt battery alternator.
Computer programming adjustments will also be made to the vehicle's
computer for components no longer being used as well as the remaining
components that are now powered by the electric system. An optional high
voltage battery charger is available as an onboard charger that can be
plugged into any 110 or 220 volt household or business electric outlet.

2008 also
can install solar and wind power generators at your home or business to
provide electric energy with a 1 to 4 year pay back. There are also
local, state and federal tax credits and deductions that greatly reduce
the overall cost of the electric conversions of your automobile and home
or business to the use of alternative energy. The LifeBatt life charge
cycle of the BP
is guaranteed for 3 years or 2,000 charges cycles. If the battery
BP
is kept above an 80% charge level then LifeBatt estimates the life charge
cycle will be increased to over 10,000 charges. See diagram below for
details:
